TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) -- Yesterday's low pressure system has moved away from the area, and a high pressure is building along the Gulf Coast. This high will be the dominating weather factor through the weekend, and will help keep our skies mainly sunny with a northerly wind.
Today starts out cold, with some areas seeing patchy frost. Once the sun comes up, temperatures should warm quickly to the upper 50s. Rain is not in the forecast for the day, but ample sunshine is expected. Winds will be light from the northwest, about 5 to 10 mph.
Tonight will be another cold one with lows falling to the mid and upper 30s. Skies will stay clear with a light wind.
