Currently the remnants of Chantal are bringing heavy rain and some gusty winds to the northwestern Bahamas. The system still has no closed circulation and isn't expected to redevelop within the next 48 hours...it has only been given a 20% chance. We will continue to track this area of low pressure as it heads northward towards the FL peninsula. Right now this system will not affect us locally.
