TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - We're still monitoring a tropical wave over the western Caribbean that has a 20% chance of formation by next midweek.
It is fairly unorganized and will likely turn more ragged in nature as it approaches the high elevation of the Yucatan Peninsula before re-emerging in the Bay of Campeche.
