MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- The upper feature in the open North Atlantic associated with a long stretch of moisture has not organized well enough to warrant subtropical cyclone classification. Therefore, tropical or subtropical developments are not expected in the tropical Atlantic basin through the early part of next week.
