MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- The previously-monitored disturbance midway between the Cape Verde Islands and the Lesser Antilles has lost some of its definition and organization Friday, and no longer has a significant chance to develop further. Most waves of moisture scattered across the tropical Atlantic will have little to no development potential because of swifter upper-level winds and considerably dry air over parts of the tropics.
