MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- A broad patch of clouds associated with a ill-defined disturbance in the western Caribbean has been hugely impacted by fast upper-level winds nearby. Organization is ragged and is not expected to increase or improve, so the chances of this system becoming something stronger than its current form are extremely limited.
No developing tropical systems are expected in the tropical Atlantic basin through early next week.
