TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) -- Another disturbance has been spotted in the Atlantic Ocean, but at this time, this is the only area of interest in the tropics.
This disturbance is halfway between the Lesser Antilles and the coast of Africa. Strong upper level winds will hinder development for the next few days, but as this disturbed weather moves westward, conditions will be a bit more favorable. At this time, there is a 20% chance of formation in the next five days.
