MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- Aside from a couple of minor disturbances in the western Atlantic and near the eastern Caribbean, there are no threats in the tropical waters of the Atlantic, Gulf, or Caribbean regions through the weekend. Higher air pressure and remarkably dry air across the southern latitudes of the Atlantic will inhibit any significant development of tropical systems.
