MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the WTXL First Alert Weather Center ...

A stalled front over southern Georgia has the capability to spit out a few spots of rain and thunder through the mid-evening time frame, with any activity moving to the southwest through the stateline area. Overall coverage should be patchy, but a brief bout of passing heavy rain and/or lightning and thunder may occur.  Showers will diminish late tonight as lows drop into the low to mid 70s. There will be clouds around, mixing with sunshine Saturday, with a decrease in rain potential because of a continued northeast wind pattern.  A few more showers are possible in the Suwannee valley in the afternoon with highs generally in the upper 80s to mid 90s. A slight decrease in moisture will support lower rain chances Sunday through Tuesday, as temperatures hover near or just a nudge below average.
