MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the WTXL First Alert Weather Center ...

With summertime heat and the return of extra moisture, a few spots of rain have formed along the coastal seabreeze and some locations east of I-75. Easterly wind flow will advance a few of the showers toward the west, with broadest scattered coverage in the Suwannee Valley, isolated coverage elsewhere through sunset. Lows will drop to the mid and low 70s with a clearer trend. Saturday will feature a sun-and-cloud mix with developing showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon, reaching at least half of the region with highs topping out in the upper 80s and lower 90s. Sunday will be similar, with lower rain chances inland. Rain activity next Monday and Tuesday is forecast to decrease.
