MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the WTXL First Alert Weather Center ...

Spots of rain and thunderstorms will advance to the northwest into some interior counties early this evening, then conditions will settle down with lighter showers late tonight. Overnight lows will be in the low to mid 70s with some clouds around. The weekend weather pattern won't change much from day to day; mornings will feature sunshine, with scattered showers and storms forming by midday, moving to the northwest or north, with occasional heavy rain and active storms. Highs will be in the upper 80s and lower 90s right through Labor Day. A source of tropical moisture will increase rain chances considerably by next Tuesday and Wednesday.
