MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- A few spots of moisture exist in parts of the western Caribbean and the far eastern Atlantic, but the upper-level wind flow will keep these from becoming organized tropical systems. Therefore, tropical cyclone development will not occur over the weekend through early next week.
