TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - A flash flood watch is issued until Thursday at 7am for south Georgia and areas west of the Suwannee River.
A slow-moving cold front is moving into the region which will drop high rain amounts in a short amount of time. 2-4" of newly accumulated rainfall is possible with local hot spots receiving upwards of 5".
If you see standing water on area roads, don't drive through because you don't know how deep it is. As we always say, "Turn Around Don't Drown!"
