MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- A Flash Flood Watch has been issued for our region from Tuesday morning through Wednesday evening. What this means is that storms can dump heavy rains in a short amount of time and cause flooding situations to arise very quickly, hence the 'flash' flood watch.
Some spots can reach up to 5 or even 6 inches of rain by the time the nasty weather passes. Make sure you are prepared for any treacherous conditions out on the road this week, especially due to high volumes of traffic possible with the Holidays.
