TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — Here's your forecast for the next four hours:
Good Thursday morning!
Tallahassee set an all-time record high temperature for the month of October yesterday reaching 96°. The record heat continues through the remainder of the work week thanks to and upper level ridge of high pressure in place across the southeast. We'll see plenty of sunshine today and tomorrow with highs in the mid 90's, along with lows in the upper 60's.
A weak system approaches late Saturday, giving some clouds and scattered shower chances, with lingering clouds Sunday and Monday before the slightly stronger cold front approaches around next Tuesday. Rainfall is not guaranteed for all areas this weekend and next week.
