TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — Here's your forecast for the next four hours:
We're starting off the day with light rain passing through the Big Bend and southern Georgia and rain will continue through the first half of the day. It's worth grabbing an umbrella or rain jacket as you head out the door with rain sticking around through the early afternoon. It won't be widespread or too stormy, but some isolated rumbles of thunder cannot be ruled out through the day. Skies will clear out from west to east after lunchtime and most areas should be dry and clear by sunset with cooler air beginning to filter in, but not before highs reach the lower 70's.
The weekend looks pleasant, with highs near 60 and lows around 40- very seasonable for this time of the year. We'll have mostly sunny skies on Saturday and a few more clouds present for Sunday, before some isolated showers pop back up on radar Sunday night and into the next work week.
