TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — Here's your forecast for the next four hours:

Good Tuesday morning!

It's a pleasant start to the day with temperatures in the 50's across the Big Bend. A cold front will be passing through the area today bringing some showers and a few rumbles of thunder with overcast skies. Temperatures will top out this morning, and will quickly fall through the afternoon and evening.

Overnight lows are going to be near freezing for a lot of us, and areas north of I-10 have been placed under a Freeze Warning. Be sure to keep the pets inside and protect sensitive vegetation! Another system will return rain chances by the end of the work week while temperatures remain consistently below average.

A Freeze Warning is in effect for several Apalachicola and Flint river counties Tuesday night and Wednesday morning, anticipating low temperatures to reach freezing for a few hours.
