It's a cool start outside as clouds are filling into the sky. We're looking at rain returning to the forecast for today as showers and storms become near widespread this afternoon. Be sure to pack the rain jacket or umbrella for today. Thunderstorm activity should remain isolated with no severe potential and rainfall totals around 0.5".
Temperatures will only top out in the upper 50's for a high with overcast skies. Some clearing will occur Thursday before the next rainmaker comes into the region Friday. It will be consistently cool through the weekend. Most of the rain will clear out on Saturday and that will lead into our next dry and sunny stretch which will last into early next week as highs climb back into the lower 70's.
