TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — Here's your forecast for the next four hours:
Good Tuesday morning!
It's another cool start outside with temperatures in the upper 30's and lower 40's as you step out the front door. We're looking at lots of sunshine again today with winds from the northwest and no chance for rain. We're going to stay dry through most of the work week with high pressure dominating the weather pattern through mid-week.
Temperatures will be seasonable with lows near 40 and highs in the 60's and 70's. Thursday we will begin to see more clouds filter in, and Friday we will warm up with mostly cloudy skies and some spotty showers moving in late. This will all set up for a cold front this weekend which has the potential to bring some strong storms into the southeast.
A strong disturbance will enter the Southeast this weekend with rain and severe thunderstorms chances on the rise; some of this will affect our region late Saturday and Sunday. More details on this forecast will be available over the next few days.
