TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — Here's your forecast for the next four hours:
Good Wednesday morning!
It's a mild start with above normal temperatures, sitting in the 70's with mostly clear skies. We tied a record high temp yesterday hitting 95 degrees, which is also an all-time high temp for the entire month of October in Tallahassee. We saw 0.01" of rain, which isn't much, but it's something! After going all of September with no measurable rainfall.
Today we're looking to dry back out as an upper level ridge of high pressure strengthens through the rest of the week. Highs will be in the mid 90's through the work week with lots of sunshine and no chance for rain. Multiple record temperatures will be in jeopardy. Showers and storms will be more likely by the end of the weekend into next week with an approaching cold front.
