TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — Here's your forecast for the next four hours:
We're starting off the day with areas of clouds and the highest chance for showers and storms in a zone from U.S. 319 to the west. Some locations can get heavy downpours, and lightning can be frequent.
Patchy cloud cover and light winds will remain in place through the rest of the morning with lows in the 70's. Once the sun rises we should see those temperatures climb into the upper 80's and lower 90's this afternoon, a few degrees cooler than we have been much of this week thanks to increased cloud cover and better rain coverage.
Tropical moisture and increased lift in the atmosphere will keep numerous showers and storms on radar all day long, so it might be a good idea to pack the umbrella!
