Good Tuesday morning!

It's a chilly start with temperatures in the 40's across the Big Bend- most spots are more than 20 degrees cooler than yesterday morning. The cold front has brought in much cooler, drier air which will stick around through mid-week. Expect nothing but sunshine this afternoon and no rain chance with highs climbing into the low to mid 60's.

It'll be a chilly evening if you've got plans for New Year's Eve! Temperatures tonight around midnight will dip into the mid 40's, so be sure to have an extra layer or two. Tomorrow will remain sunny before rain chances return Thursday night. Friday will be a soggy day, so expect numerous to widespread showers and some storms through the end of the week with rainfall accumulations between 1-2" for a lot of the Big Bend and southern Georgia.
