TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — Here's your forecast for the next four hours:
Good Wednesday morning!
After yesterday's cold front we've cooled back off and cleared back out. Temperatures are in the 30's this morning, near freezing in many spots. Bundle up! You'll shed those layers off through the day as high temperatures climb into the mid 60's. Once winds return out of the south we'll see more clouds and warmer temperatures by tomorrow and eventually some showers for western parts of the Big Bend on Wednesday.
This weekend we're watching the potential for some strong storms with the approach of a strong disturbance that will trigger severe weather in parts of the Southeast. Its effects here will be times of rain and strong thunderstorms with wind gusts. We will revise the outlook in the days ahead as local hazards from this system become clearer. As of now, the main timing for storms look to be between Saturday evening through Sunday morning.
