TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - The area of low pressure north of the Bahamas is showing better signs of circulation near its center.
Minimal upper-level winds and warm waters are both signs that this system is gaining organization. It continues to drift to the northwest and may become a heavy rain maker for coastal areas of Georgia up through North Carolina.
Locally, a few sparse showers are possible this holiday weekend, but minimal impacts are expected.
