TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) -- Late Monday morning Bonnie was positioned right over South Carolina and is expected to produce 1 to 3 inches of rain for the Carolinas and Virginia over the next few days.
More than 8 inches of rain has already occurred over portions of South Carolina. The post-tropical cyclone is moving very slowly at 2 mph towards the east-northeast with maximum sustained winds near 30 mph with higher gusts possible.
