TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - Tropical Depression Bill continues to move through the Central Plains dropping 2-4" of widespread rainfall as it moves around a "ring of fire" storm pattern allowing the heat dome to stay over the Deep South. Sustained winds have weakened to 25 mph and the pressure is rising to 1002 mb indicating a weakening system.
