TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - What once was Tropical Storm Bill has now been downgraded to a depression. It's still dropping a lot of rain and flash flood watches are in effect for most of Texas and Oklahoma--places that already received excessive rain and flooding over the last month.
Throughout the next couple days, it'll move north and eventually shift northeast pushing the flooding concern into Arkansas.
