TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - Tropical Storm Bill is steadily moving towards southeast Texas near Houston and is poised to drop over a foot of rain in already saturated parts of the Lone Star state. Flash flood watches and tropical storm warnings have been posted for the region as widespread flooding is expected.
As the storm moves inland, it will weaken but still be a very large rain maker for northern Texas and Oklahoma.
