A few spots of moisture exist in the lower latitudes of the North Atlantic, the southwestern Caribbean, and the central Gulf ... but the upper-level environment is not favorable for any of these to form into tropical lows. No development or organization is expected from these or any other features in the Atlantic basin over the next several days.
