Yale rescinds Bill Cosby's honorary degree

Posted

(CNN) - Bill Cosby lost another honorary degree and this time it's from Yale University.

Cosby was given the award in 2003.

In a statement, Yale said its decision was based on a "court record providing clear and convincing evidence of conduct that violates fundamental standards of decency."

Cosby is now a convicted sex offender accused of drugging and sexually assaulting multiple women over the years.

The legendary comedian has repeatedly denied the claims.
