CHICAGO (WGN) - A woman was wounded Tuesday while recording an altercation on Facebook Live.
Police are looking for the shooting suspect after a confrontation at Parkway Gardens housing project in the Washington Park neighborhood.
The victim was crossing the parking lot while streaming on Facebook Live.
She got into a confrontation almost immediately with someone she appears to know - a woman sitting in a car with a couple of other people and a handgun.
The two traded insults. They clearly know each other.
The victim loudly proclaimed that she's not afraid of the gun.
The war of words escalated in a matter of seconds, and then the victim recording the incident was shot in the arm.
She was taken to a hospital in stable condition.
