KATY, TX (KTRK/CNN) - Rebecca Elizabeth Richard has been known to stalk and harass a catholic priest since 2012, according to court documents.

“She yelled obscenities, she just rambled on incoherently as she yelled at the house and instigated him to come outside,” a neighbor said.

The priest’s neighbors have witnessed it too.

Court documents mentioned at least seven instances when Richard showed up to his church, home and even emailed him.

Richard was arrested for criminal trespass on March 18, 2011.

She apparently showed up at Saint Edith Stein Catholic Church threatening several clergy members.

She emailed the priest and said she was a ticking time bomb on July 27, 2012.

She emailed the father again on Aug. 23 saying "I will continue to destroy you until you repent."

Another incident occurred on Aug. 5, 2015.

Court documents said the priest was at his home when he heard loud screaming and banging at the door.

It said he saw her standing on his porch through his surveillance camera.

“When she does see people are watching she does take off and flee,” a neighbor said.

Still, the priest's neighbors said that it’s an unsettling feeling.
