(RNN) - Why change a good thing?
The Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden State Warriors are meeting for the fourth straight year in the NBA Finals. The NBA is also teaming up with Taco Bell for the third straight year to give America a chance to “steal a taco.”
The rules for the “Steal A Game, Steal A Taco” promotion are simple. The first team to win a road game in the NBA Finals will win a free Doritos Locos Taco for everyone.
If a road team wins games one, two or three, we get a free taco on Wednesday, June 13 from 2 – 6 p.m. If a road team wins games four, five, six or seven, free tacos will be served on Wednesday, June 20 from 2 – 6 p.m.
You’ll be limited to a single taco per location, but you won’t be required to make a purchase to cash in on your freebie.
"The NBA Finals and Taco Bell are the perfect match-up, and we can't wait to once again raise the stakes of an already fierce competition by putting free Doritos® Locos Tacos for America on the line," Global Chief Brand Officer Marisa Thalberg said in a press release.
"This is the third time we've partnered with the NBA, and the power of our combined fanbase creates an exciting cultural moment around the Finals. We know one thing is for certain, everyone will be rooting for tacos," she continued.
The Warriors won America free tacos in the first two years of the promotion. The Cavs will have the first two shots at stealing a win on the road.
The NBA Finals schedule is as follows:
All times Eastern
- Game 1: Thursday, May 31 at Golden State, 9 p.m.
- Game 2: Sunday, June 3 at Golden State, 8 p.m.
- Game 3: Wednesday, June 6 at Cleveland, 9 p.m.
- Game 4: Friday, June 8 at Cleveland, 9 p.m.
- Game 5 (if necessary): Monday, June 11 at Golden State, 9 p.m.
- Game 6 (if necessary): Thursday, June 14 at Cleveland, 9 p.m.

Taco Bell runs a similar promotion in the fall with Major League Baseball called "Steal A Base, Steal A Taco." If a player steals a base in the World Series, Taco Bell gives away free tacos.
