(CNN) - An airline pilot aborted a landing because of heavy winds near Washington, D.C.
Andrew Clegg captured the ordeal on video near Reagan National Airport on Friday.
You can see the plane swinging left and right as the pilot battles the winds. The pilot eventually gave up and increased the altitude.
Winds were strong enough to knock down trees in the area during the powerful nor'easter.
