COLORADO SPRINGS, CO (KRDO/CNN) - A Colorado man woke up to find that his house had been ransacked while he slept upstairs. But the culprit wasn't a robber, it was a hungry and curious bear.
A video shows that the bear spent about five hours inside the home, going through the hall and checking the fridge. Chris Odubhraic is the homeowner.
“He walked around the house, he checked every vacant room and every door that was open,” he said.
The massive bear got in the house through a partially-opened window, officials believe.
The bear was killed after a similar home invasion when officials believed the huge creature was a threat to people. “This one had zero fear of humans,” Odubhraic said.
