STILLWATER, OK (KOCO/CNN) - A dangerous police chase reached speeds of 65 mph in an Oklahoma neighborhood on Friday.
The driver hit cars, ran red lights and went the wrong way down busy roads. To start the chase, the suspect fled from a home where officers suspected drug activity.
He drove for miles, navigating around roadblocks and through yards. At one point, he rammed a police car. After six minutes, he gave up and was taken into custody.
Police say they are still looking into why the driver took off, but they said he did have a suspended license, KOCO reported.
