SAN DIEGO, CA (KGTV/CNN) - A 2-year-old boy was spotted walking all by himself.
Someone saw him near a liquor store early Wednesday wearing just a diaper and quickly called 911.
"Like, parent mode kicks in, and you're like, 'Hey, don't go anywhere else. Let's figure this out,'" an unidentified bystander said.
Two officers walked hand-in-hand with the toddler, searching for his home for about 30 minutes.
He was eventually reunited with his family after his mother called 911 to report him missing.
Police said the mother had fallen asleep and he wandered off.
He appeared to be uninjured. No charges are expected.
