(RNN) – Twitter went down Tuesday morning shortly after 10 a.m.
An error page appears at Twitter.com saying something is technically wrong. There’s no notice of an issue on Twitter’s Facebook page.
The interruption will affect how the No. 1 Twitter user, President Donald Trump, will communicate his thoughts on the Russia investigation.
The outages comes after Morgan Stanley raised its rating for Twitter, predicting more growth for the social media company in 2018. Twitter’s stock rose 6.4 on Tuesday morning.
