(RNN) - Protesters plan to play the tape of President Donald Trump's infamous "grab them by the p----" comment on repeat Friday outside the White House.
Saturday is the one-year anniversary of the "Access Hollywood" recording being sent to the Washington Post. The "Rally to Grab Back" is marking the occasion by playing the tape continuously between the White House and Washington Monument, according to its Facebook page.
"Last October, we learned that the now-president of the United States is a proud sexual predator," says the rally's Facebook page. "Now, his administration is actively dismantling protections for sexual assault survivors, and he's still openly assaulting and harassing women. Trump does not get to brush this under the rug."
There will also be an accompanying rally at Lafayette Square in front of the White House at noon ET.
The rally is being organized by UltraViolet, a women's rights organization started five years ago to "achieve full equity for all women through culture and policy change," according to its website.
The tape was made public Oct. 7, 2016, and was followed by calls for Trump to drop out of the presidential race, including from some Republicans.
It was one of many statements by Trump that drew allegations of sexism, including saying former Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly was "bleeding from her wherever" and mocking former Miss Universe Alicia Machado, tweeting his followers to "check out sex tape."
Trump issued a video apology, but also defended the comments as "locker room talk" in the second debate with Hillary Clinton two days later. Trump said that while he did make the comments, he had never actually done what he described.
Trump was criticized during that debate for his surly demeanor, using intimidating body language and invading Clinton's space while sharing the town hall-like stage. He was also critical of Bill Clinton's sexual history and held a news conference prior to the debate with three women who had accused the former president of sexual assault.
Trump was elected president a month later.
