"I was out here with another cousin. She started chasing the car, and my first reaction was to get the keys to her car so we could have another car to chase the car," Taylor said.
Once realizing a child was in the back, the suspects ditched the car just down the street.
"Pulled up here, and there was just this blue car ended up in our driveway," Saleena Lovan said.
Lovan said the car landed out front of her grandparent's house, the suspects immediately running off.
The mom is just relieved to get her child back.
"I couldn't imagine how she felt. It was pretty scary," Lovan said.
"I explained to the police of what they were wearing, but all I was concerned about, I screamed, 'My baby!'" Taylor said.
Parizek said they are following several leads thanks to witness participation. stepping up to help a mom and her daughter.
"That's the most precious cargo we have. We want to make sure we do everything we can to keep them safe," he said.
