(CNNKNXV/) - New Orleans teen, Skylar Fontaine, was devastated when she thought she was going to miss out on her prom, after her boyfriend, a marine, couldn't make it home for the event.
Thankfully, the marine’s two-year-old brother filled in for him.
Fontaine, was even able to find a tiny marine uniform for the toddler.
The pair didn't actually go to the dance, but posed for pics, which have since gone viral
Fontaine told people.com the adorable gesture gave her a sense that her boyfriend was home.
