(CNN) - It's that time of year again to see who has the tackiest wardrobe.
Friday is National Ugly Christmas Sweater Day.
To get a leg up the on the competition, add lots of accessories, including lights and sounds.
There is a website dedicated to this "holiday" that says wearing a hideous sweater is practically mandatory.
"Wear it to school, to work, to a funeral, to your sister's wedding. Got an important interview on Friday? Oops, tough luck. Worried the judge will increase your sentence if you show up to court in an ugly Christmas sweater? Sorry bud, no exceptions."
You should probably a little more discerning than that.
