(RNN) - So, you're looking for some inspiration to get through the last day before a holiday weekend. You turn to the internet. You find InspiroBot. You find the inspiration to keep going by continually renewing its motivational sayings just to see how crazy the next one will be.

InspiroBot describes itself as an artificial intelligence "dedicated to generating unlimited amounts of unique inspirational quotes for endless enrichment of pointless human existence."

If that makes no sense - and let's be honest, it doesn't - then that's the point.

(WARNING: Some of the content may be objectionable.)

These "motivational" sayings in the vein of posters in a high school classroom or on the Facebook wall of that weird friend of a friend who you did that thing with that one time, aren't exactly delivering.

The inspiration behind the bot itself is unclear. It's also unclear how it generates the sayings.

It's almost as if the bot itself is having an existential crisis. While generating each faux meme, it also gives a pithy bit of strange advice like "stay at home and be motivated" and "don't go to work today."

It gets darker. Like, abandoning a dog for money. Or something.

If you play with it enough - and let's be honest, you will - it flips out and asks who it is and what it's doing here and then starts discussing "insectoids."

But also, it "just wants the best for everyone" and "exists to serve mankind."

The evidence, however, disputes those claims. Like this:
