FRESNO, CA (CNN/RNN) – Police say a man, later charged with burglary, broke out in a celebratory dance after he illegally entered a California business, allegedly in order to steal a laptop.

Police say the breakdancing man was identified as David Seale on May 8.

He was found to be in possession of a stolen laptop and several keys that gave him access to a Fresno, CA, business several times over the weekend prior.

Seale was booked for possession of the stolen property and providing false information because he had initially given police a fake name.

After reviewing surveillance video, police also charged the suspect with commercial burglary.

The office keys Seale had in his possession were copies and not originals, according to police. It is unknown from where he obtained the keys.

Seale already had several warrants out for his arrest, including a probation warrant.
