TINLEY PARK, IL (WGN/CNN) - Ten years ago, a man posing as a delivery driver pulled a gun on five women at a Lane Bryant store.
He forced them into a back room and fatally shot them all.
Authorities released a new sketch of the suspect on Wednesday.
The new image, prepared by Michigan State Police, is an enhanced version of the original sketch made from an eyewitness account.
"Every day that you come to work, you have to remember the we're here for the voice for the victims who were hurt on that day," Det. Raymond Violetto said.
"I know that there's many cases out there that have actually been solved after 10, 20, even 30 years,” said Michele Talos, a victim’s sister. “I have hope that the person out there still could be found."
Police describe the suspect as a man around 6-feet tall with medium to dark skin, a husky build and broad shoulders.
He appeared to be 25 to 35 years old at the time of the killings.
The suspect would be 35 to 45 years old today.
