(RNN) - While many dogs can be seen riding in cars with their tail wagging and head peeking out the window, one pooch is now Twitter famous for sitting up, wearing a seat belt like any passenger should.
A photo of a dog wearing a seat belt went viral on Tuesday, after Twitter user @Lyss121 posted the picture of her sister’s boyfriend riding in the car with a dog.
The photo caption read “safety first.”
She said the photo was too good to keep to herself.

The Twitter user said the viral photo even trended in Ireland.
The pup looks calm and content, practicing human-like posture with its feet resting out in front of it.
