(CNN) - Amazon is mulling the idea of offering banking services, according to The Wall Street Journal.
The report states that Amazon is in talks with JPMorgan Chase, Capital One and other financial service firms about providing checking accounts for customers.
JPMorgan Chase, Capital One, and even Amazon, are not commenting, however.
Amazon-branded checking would allow customers to seamlessly pay for everything they already get from the site.
Amazon has ventured into other business areas including, shipping and medical care.
