PASCO CO, FL (CNN) – Two women in Florida are facing battery charges after getting caught on video beating up another driver in a suspected road-rage incident. A witness in Pasco County recorded the incident on Tuesday.
Police say a mom and her stepdaughter first had a verbal dispute with the female driver. The suspects then approach her car and grabbed her by the hair and neck. They pulled the woman out through an open window and punched her multiple times.
The victim was left knocked out and suffered a broken nose. In the video, another motorist runs up and tries to stop the beating.
A police report named the suspects as Shelly Gemberling and her stepdaughter Alicia Scarduzio. They remain jailed on $50,000 bond each.
