WEBER COUNTY, UT (CNN) – A deadly plane crash left a horrific scene on a freeway in Utah on Wednesday afternoon.
The accident happened on Interstate 15 in Weber County. The plane missed passing cars, but witnesses said it nosedived into the ground at full speed. Four people were killed.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is investigating what caused the crash. The names of the victims have not yet been released.
The FAA said said that the Beech A36 Bonanza crashed about half a mile from where it took off from a local airport, KSL said.
The report added that drivers stopped their cars and tried to help after the crash.
