PHOENIX, AZ (KTVK/KPHO/CNN) - An Arizona judge blasted Daniel Francis Daddio in court, after he was accused of urinating on a family at a Metallica concert.
They were seated in front of him and saw him fully exposed when they turned around after feeling warm liquid on their backs and legs.
The judge said it was "one of the most disgusting scenarios" she has seen in 15 years on the bench.
Since a minor was involved, Daddio's indecent exposure charge is a felony.
The arresting officers said he was highly intoxicated.
Daddio is a third-year law student at the University of New Mexico.
He is due back in court next Friday.
